Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (120g) frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup (250mL) almond milk
  • ¼ ripe avocado, flesh scooped out
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Collagen Boost™.
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Deep Marine Collagen™ (Berry)
  • Pinch Himalayan salt

Method:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Taste.
