Chocolate, Raspberry & Mint GUT PRIMER Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup (80 g) coconut yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 large handful of mint leaves
  • 1/8 avocado
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon of GUT PRIMER
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Stevia equivalent to 2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
 

    METHOD:

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.
