With Dr Min Yeo
As a medical doctor with over 37 years experience, Dr Min Yeo has spent most of her professional career running a successful clinic in Bondi Junction, Sydney—only moving back to her hometown of Melbourne in 2021 during the pandemic to be closer to family and retire from medicine.
Passionate about spreading awareness for lifestyle measures such as quality sleep, exercise, stress management and connections as the foundation for healthy living and ageing—we were excited to speak with Min about her personal philosophy and find out what makes her feel gutsy and glowing as she rediscovers her passion for playing the violin, learning about permaculture and exploring the world of modelling…
