How To Use
Take 1 tsp (5mL) twice daily with meals or mixed into cool or room temperature food. OMEGA ELIXIR™ can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 weeks.

There is insufficient evidence available to recommend the use of some ingredients such as

Can children use OMEGA ELIXIR™?
Children Under 12 years: Most ingredients used in OMEGA ELIXIR may be consumed by children under the age of 12, however astaxanthin, for example, has very limited data available for this age group. We recommend seeking the advice of healthcare professional to check if this product is right for your child.
Children 12-16 years: 5mL once daily
Children 16 years and over: 5mL twice daily
Can I mix OMEGA ELIXIR™ in hot food/drinks?
No, the essential fatty acids are fragile, and heat breaks the bonds, therefore you need to
add it to cold foods and drink or taken straight off the spoon.
Can I take the whole 10mL in one serve?
Absolutely, we have split the dose as some people prefer to take it morning and night,
however if you wish to take in one hit that is fine.
Can I take OMEGA ELIXIR™ with other supplements or Beauty Chef products?
Absolutely. OMEGA ELIXIR can be taken with every other product within The Beauty Chef
range if it is indicated for use. OMEGA ELIXIR is an essential fatty acid supplement; there is
no requirement to take additional fish oil or plant-based oil supplements along with this
formulation.
