Loving this book! Great guide for your health

Worth the read! Not only does this beautiful book teach you so much about how the body works and how to keep it healthy by taking good care of your gut, it provides you with some amazing and healthy easy recipes to do at home. It is well written, with expert knowledge, easy to read through and gives you all the right tips to maintaining a healthy body that affects all aspects of your wellbeing. Highly recommend everyone to get your hands on this to improve your overall mind/health and body. Love it. X

Wonderful recipes

Beautiful book with healthy recipes that are easy to make. My only concern is that the small font size and light colour of the print strain the eyes, even with glasses on.

Instant Energy Boost

For health reasons, my partner and I embarked on the four week eating plan in The Beauty Chef Gut Guide. It's a fabulous resource and the recipes are super tasty. After just over a week, I've noticed a big difference in my overall inflammation, especially in my joints and we both have experienced increased energy levels. We are sleeping better too. It does take some organisation and menu planning but it's totally worth the effort.
