I have real bad digesting issues for years and nothing seemed to help. I pretty much lived from a mix of different digesting tablets and felt miserable after every meal. My friends are selling the Beauty chef products at their salon so I thought I give it a try in addition to some other changes.
For a week I had a smoothie in the morning with Gut Primer, Antioxidant, greek yoghurt, oats, chia seeds and frozen berries, some light lunch and a normal dinner. I also tried to avoid sugar as much as possible. And what can I say... no tablets, stomach pain, cramps or bloating for me the whole week! I ran out of the products the other day and haven't had a smoothie for two days and things were immediately very bad again. I am sure gonna hold on to this routine after the impressive start :)
