What is the difference between CLEANSE and GUT PRIMER™?
CLEANSE is The Beauty Chef’s super-greens powder designed to support the body’s own cleansing processes with a nutrient-dense formula including alkalising leafy greens, grasses and herbs as well as digestive enzymes, prebiotics and probiotics. GUT PRIMER™ is a gentle restorative powder, containing carefully selected herbs and nutrients which are traditionally used in treatments to help heal leaky gut. It is a medicinal herbal and superfood powder designed to help repair and soothe the gut, and contains ingredients which help calm and repair the lining of the gut. Slippery elm, milk thistle and turmeric, for example, are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve digestive discomfort.
Why is Gut Primer taken with meals?
Gut Primer contains a significant quantity of zinc, which if taken on an empty stomach can make people feel nauseous.

How do I use it?
Adults take 10g, once daily in 200mL of water, with meals.

As everyone has different gut health concerns, you may notice improvements in your gut health in just a few short weeks, while others may feel they need to remain on GUT PRIMER™️ for a longer period of time. If you are taking medication or have blood pressure problems you can take GP for up to three months and then revisit later.
