Strawberry & Rose Smoothie
This delicious smoothie combo is packed with skin-loving antioxidants and healthy fats from avocado and Brazil nuts—but it's the subtle hint of rose water that truly takes this blend to the next level.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (125mL) unsweetened coconut water
- 1 tablespoon ground linseeds
- 1 tablespoon ground linseeds
- 1/4 small-medium ripe avocado
- 1/4 small frozen banana
- 1/4 cup (60mL) kefir
- 4 Brazil nuts
- 1 teaspoon GLOW AGELESS
- 1 teaspoon manuka honey
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water, or to taste
METHOD
- Pour the coconut water into the base of a blender, add the linseeds and stir, to moisten. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
