We find that many people with intolerances to ingredients in the CLEANSE powder have no reactions when they use it. This is because the fermentation process renders the protein coating of foods and grains harmless. It is this protein coating that is usually the culprit in food allergies and intolerances. However, to be on the safe side, always start with a very small dose – 1/8 tsp – and gradually increase your intake until you have reached the full dose.
