Ingredients

  • 2 cups of frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp of GLOW Inner Beauty Essential
  • 2 tsp of chia seeds (ideally soaked overnight, or for at least one hour
  • 2 cups of almond milk

METHOD

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.
